Form

The quickest way to reach us is by email at editorial@kuki-muki.org. We read every message that lands there, including the ones that are two lines long. Please include the operator name you are writing about, the date of the issue and — if it helps — a screenshot. We do not use third-party ticketing: the inbox is checked by Maeve and Niall directly.

Topics we answer

We answer questions about anything we have published on kuki-muki.org: wagering maths you want double-checked, a withdrawal window that no longer matches our table, a bonus code that stopped working, a payment method we missed. We will also take corrections — if a fact on a review page is out of date, email us and we will fix it inside two working days.

3

What we cannot help with

We cannot access your account at any operator, overturn a bonus-related forfeiture, speed up KYC verification, release withheld winnings or arbitrate between you and the operator. If your issue is with the operator itself, the escalation path lives on our /player-complaints/ page — it names the ADR bodies that have actual authority here.

How to reach us

Email: editorial@kuki-muki.org. Phone (editorial, UK office hours only): +44 (0)114 888 3016. Post: Wintergate Digital Ltd, 52 Queen Square, Sheffield S1 6XA. We do not run a live chat on this site — a live chat on a review site typically means an outsourced sales team, and that is not what we are. One channel at a time, with a real name on the reply.

5

Media requests

Journalists, researchers and other reviewers are welcome to use quoted material from our pages with a backlink. For data requests (anonymised testing logs, methodology weights, payout timing samples) write to the editorial email with your outlet and deadline — we usually turn these around within one working day.

6

Response time

We aim to reply within one working day Monday to Friday. During UK bank holidays and weekends expect up to three days. If your message concerns a time-sensitive issue — a withdrawal that has stalled, a bonus that is about to expire — put the word URGENT in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
