Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of your use of kuki-muki.org is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any clause of these terms is held unenforceable by a court, the rest of the terms remain in force — we are not asking you to accept an all-or-nothing document. For UK consumers these terms do not override your statutory rights; for consumers in other jurisdictions, local consumer-protection law may apply alongside these terms.
Acceptance
By using kuki-muki.org you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Continued use after we publish a change to this page counts as acceptance of the updated version; we will mark the last updated date so you can tell which version applies. We never require you to sign in or create an account to read reviews — accepting these terms is implicit in reading them. If you only visit the site to read the responsible-gaming page or to find a helpline, you can do so without accepting any commercial terms: the responsible-gaming section is not conditional on anything.
Age limit
You must be 18 or over to use kuki-muki.org. UK gambling law prohibits anyone under 18 from accessing operator sign-up pages, and because our Play buttons lead to those pages the same age limit applies here.
